I have lost my login data, what should I do?
Can I see my CDR'S (Call statistics) online?
Inside the account area click on statistic, you have all your calls in real-time available.
When start the billing of a call?
Call charges take effect once you are connected to the telephone number you have dialled. If there is no answer or the line is engaged you will not be charged for the call.
How long are my credits valid?
Your credits will NEVER expire on gukPhone.
What payment methodes do you offer?
Available payment methods are Bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Moneygramm & Creditcard. You will find an overview of all your payments methods inside the account area.
Do I receive a Invoice?
Yes, after successful payment you will receive a Email which is your Invoice.
